Abstract
Based upon the pre-feasibility study of the Adamas property, located in southern Wyoming; it is recommended that the company develop the property into an operating diamond mine. This recommendation is based upon the discounted cash flow analysis, using a discount rate of 8 percent. Based on this analysis the property has a Net Present Value (NPV) of $15.189 billion and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 121 percent. The operation will be an open pit mine, with the mining on 14 meter benches using a truck and shovel setup. A conventional mill will be used utilizing washers and grease tables to separate the diamonds from the kimberlite. The project will have a life of 20 years and is expected to boost the region’s economy during that time by providing a solid tax base and 375 wellpaying jobs for the area.
