Abstract
Possible interactions between Lake Naivasha and groundwater have been studied. Mixing of deep geothermal waters with shallow groundwaters and Lake Naivasha waters to form the average Olkaria discharge fluids is proposed as the recharge source of the Olkaria geothermal reservoir.
