The lithology and structure of the Korucu-Dugla area in western Turkey have been studied using Landsat TM data. Image processing techniques were used to discriminate the lithologies and structure as well as associated areas of hydrothermal alteration. A lineament map and rose diagram were prepared using high-pass Laplacian filters.
