Transition probabilities are defined as the probabilities of changing state in a system. We introduce a mean reverting and non-negative transition process where the probabilities of leaving a given state must sum to a whole. We develop and implement a C++ Monte-Carlo program and present numerical examples, which can be used to study the model parameters.
