Abstract
A computer model capable of simulating two-dimensional, vertical, saturated, and unsaturated flow was modified and applied to Enjebi’s groundwater system. Results indicated that for a small island aquifer with an underlying larger, more permeable aquifer, tidal oscillations cause the groundwater to flow in a predominately vertical direction.
