Mining economics of copper-zinc deposits in the Foothill copper belt of the Sierra Nevada in California

Cut-and-fill mining of a 400,000 ton deposit is proposed for the Foothill Copper Belt. It is 90 percent certain that a rate of return of at least 20 percent can be earned.
